Patrick F. Connolly
Artist Biography
Patrick has been producing Artwork for the past twenty years; originally on the East Coast, in Boston, and later in Washington D.C. He studied watercolor, oil and portraiture at the Art League in Alexandria, Virginia, exhibiting his work there, as well as other venues in the D.C. area. Now retired here in Sonoma County, he devotes his time to exploring the wonderful scenery, ambiance and light so reminiscent of Provence that we enjoy here in Northern California, and that is so enriching for a Painter. Patrick is currently the Vice President of the Board of the Windsor Arts Council, and has been very active in the establishment of a Cultural Arts Center in the historic Hembree House in Windsor. He has exhibited for the past three years at the Jried Windsor Fine Arts Show, at which he has received a number of awards.
