Bernice Coe - Watercolorist , moved to Windsor in 1995 after retiring attended multi-media art-class at the Senior Center with the kind Tutelage of Rosa Serrano-Diaz, started painting watercolors, 8 years ago.

The Windsor Arts Council is a non-profit association that promotes the arts and fosters cultural enrichment on behalf of its members and the local community. Members include Oil, Watercolor, Acrylic and Pastel Painters, Photographers, Sculptors and other multi-media artists. Based in Windsor, California, the Council is open to members from Sonoma County and other surrounding communities. Art is displayed in the Hembree House Gallery.
